Shipping, Return, and Fraud Prevention Policies

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of purchase.

Sales on the following items are final:

  1. Special orders.
  2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
  3. NFA items.
  4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, and optics.


Fraud prevention (non-FFL items)

We have seen an increase in fraud characterized by different billing and shipping addresses. As a result, we are now holding orders with non-matching billing and shipping addresses for 72 hours, and will cancel transactions upon receiving a request from a customer or bank.

Additionally, we are implementing a policy of confirming the purchaser's identity before processing orders with different billing and shipping addresses for all purchases over $100. You can email an image of your government issued ID matching the identify for the credit card used to [email protected]. Please reference your order number. Items that ship to FFLs are exempt from this policy. Thank you for your business and understanding.

Did you know?

  • Credit card companies charge businesses for disputed purchases, even if they approved the transaction at the time of sale.
  • For disputes of online sales, we must provide proof of delivery to the billing address, evidence of previous undisputed transactions, or a copy of the buyers identification.
